great kisii county has the highest number of secondary schools at 363 what about the quality of the school that are there

Am very disappointed with the educational performances in our county,i don’t undestand why something cannot be done to improve standards, every we are nowhere even top 20 counties ranking. I hope the new leadership will work on it.
