In chapter 10 of the new parliament approval is required or the Chief Justice and deputy Chief Justice, but not judges of the supreme, Appeal and high Courts. The Judicial service Commission will nominate candidates to serve as judges and the president will appoint them. Removal of a judge can only be initiated by the Judicial Service commission or when petitioned by a person or group.
