Sad enough is when it is being done within the whims of Judiciary where everybody expects fairness and justice. Kapsabet court registry is the place i visited recently and i believe the whole criminal registry needs a clean up. I will be airing more activities on this and to all relevant organs since the practice must be put to a stop.  Reuben.
