It is worth noting that criminals do not exclusively use tarmac roads.In rural areas we have variety of valuable which are targeted by thugs , a poor police officer is ever there  to ensure that haves are secure.Thanks to policemen in our dilapidated roads ,I am sure that no policeman from  kitui  is working in kitui.
