Francis Wangusi Biography
Francis Wangusi is the director general Board of the Communications Authority of Kenya. He is the former Director General of the Information and Communications Technology regulator since 2012
Charted Engineer-UK Certificate and Global Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration (GEMBA).
He is also a holder of Global Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration (GEMBA) from the United States International University (USIU).
Graduate student, Masters Degree in Space Sciences (Satellite Communications)

(As the Director in charge Broadcasting ,he coordinated the Digital Secretariat responsible for the implementation of decisions by the National Committee on the Transition from Analogue to Digital Broadcasting in Kenya.)
Senior Lecturer in the Department of Telecommunication Engineering at the Multimedia University College of Kenya.
Worked at Kenya Posts and Telecommunication (KPTC).
He is a member of the commission charged with the preparation of Kenya/Italy bilateral agreement on the National San Marco Space Center and operationalisation of the National Space Secretariat.
